Nothing reaches this dashboard on its own. A client connects to you from inside the app, and from then on every entry they save is encrypted to your key and appears here.

1. Installs Documented from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Opens Settings and scrolls down to Connect an attorney.
3. Types your email address:

That is the address you signed in with. It is the only thing a client needs to find you, and it is what ties their record to your key.

Yours to edit. It goes out from your address, under your name. Sharing does not make a record privileged, and stopping sharing does not take back what was shared. Whether your client's record is discoverable is advice only you can give.
