Your first case arrives from a client's phone
Nothing reaches this dashboard on its own. A client connects to you from inside the app, and from then on every entry they save is encrypted to your key and appears here.
What your client does
- Installs Documented from the App Store or Google Play.
- Opens Settings and scrolls down to Connect an attorney.
- Types your email address:
That is the address you signed in with. It is the only thing a client needs to find you, and it is what ties their record to your key.
Email you can send a client
Yours to edit. It goes out from your address, under your name. Sharing does not make a record privileged, and stopping sharing does not take back what was shared. Whether your client's record is discoverable is advice only you can give.
